Fish Parasites? Help!

My Betta Star has white things under some of her scales near her head/face. First it was just one scale so I thought it was a loose scale from one of the other Female Bettas biting her. But then the scale right behind it got a white thing too a few days later. Now today there is one behind her scale on the other side of her head and has smaller ones under her scales farther back on her body. She also has stringy pale poop today as well. I was thinking maybe a parasite of some kind? If so what?

How often do you feed your betta fish? Once a day

Maintenance
How often do you perform a water change? Once a week
What percentage of the water do you change when you perform a water change? 25 to 30 %
What type of additives do you add to the water when you perform a water change? Stress Zyme, Stress Coat, Prime

Symptoms and Treatment
How has your betta fish's appearance changed? She has white things under her scales, 3 big ones and several small ones that are hard to see.
How has your betta fish's behavior changed? Nothing changed really in her behavior.
When did you start noticing the symptoms? About a week ago
Have you started treating your fish? If so, how? I put her in a betta cup with some AQ salt and am floating that cup in the main tank to keep her cup water warm.
Does your fish have any history of being ill? Yes, she had fin rot about a month ago.
How old is your fish (approximately)? Not sure. less than a year old.

The first several pictures of Star show the big white ones by her head/face and the last one is the tiny ones on her body. Cant see too well in the photos, but in person I can see them pretty good and all 3 of the big ones look exactly the same.

I had that it responds well to copper medicine.

Copper Medicine? Not sure what that would be... is there a brand name? What are those things on Star anyway, if your fish had them you'd know what it is right?

By the way, Star is not eating anything today, not even her favorite treat. Now I am worried.

Coppersafe is good but use a variety of treatments.

Would that be safe for the snails in the tank though?

No Copper kills snails Copper is in most aquarium Meds.

Ugh! Darn, but I need a snail safe treatment. Any ideas?

Aquarium Salt, and some Meds but Meds are built to kill invertabrates so they should be strong enough to kill snails IAL is good.

I thought salt was bad for snails and Cory Catfish? Wish I knew what do do or what to use for sure..... I don't want Star to die
