Baby Betta care HELP!!!

SO our little betta Pugh who we suspected had fin rot has passed which made me very sad so yesterday I finally took down his tank to clean it got everything put away and my SO came home with a baby female betta thinking it would make me feel better!
As amazing as that Is I have no idea how to care for them and would love some advice! I am scared to research because when i tried that i got a lot of conflicting information.
I have a 5 gallon with 1 live plant from oughs tank I cleaned everything with scalding hot water yesterday including the tank itself can i use his decor etc??
WHAT DO I NEED?

From what I was told, you're definitely going to need live food.

Also, frequent water changes are a must :) Make sure you also have AQ salt and some other basic betta needs for when it gets sick.

From what I can see from pics etc the betta looks to be about 6-8 weeks old if that helps at all

I have AQ salt but my local pet shop is open 7 days a week and carries everything I need luckily

There is also a type of pellet you can use, I think the main thing is to get VERY high protein foods.

I have Hikkari bio gold and omega one betta pellets as well are either any good/?

Hikari is bad, OO is okay but not the best. Let me write a paragraph or two..

Baby Bettas are treated the same way as adults except the temperature and food. The temperature needs to be at least 80F so they can grow faster and have a good immune response. They need high protein foods so get live foods or specific baby food food for fish.

Okay I am more than willing to get the food they baby needs so what would that be??
Also I can get a heater the one i have right now only heats up to 78 degrees and is from walmart so I will have to get a different one
