Yes. that's what I was going to ask. And you say he is getting worse - exactly what are his symptoms now?

Treating with bettafix, and he just sits around I swear everytime I see him I think he's died! His fins are BADLY clamped up and every once in awhile he'll just get this jolt and go crazy for 5 seconds then sink to the bottom. Conditions of his tank are the same. :( anything?

Bettafix, or any meds that end with -fix are dangerous. That's probably the reason he's sick. Those fixes' have this liquid called tea tree oil that harms the labyrinth organ. It's completely dangerous. Is he gasping at all?

No, he is BARELY breathing! That's why I don't know when I see him if he's still alive.

2.5 gallon heated, and not YET filtered. I'm about to do a full water change, should I add any medicine? And if so what kind out of these, quick cure, helps with ick, protozoan parasites, and fin damage. Maroxy, for fungal infections (such as finrot or soon to be finrot). Or AQ salt? That's all I have now.

Try Epsom salts. To me it sounds like some sort of bacterial infection. Unscented and no dyes. I would start him on 2 tsp per gallon, premixed with water conditioner. Acclimate slowly by pouring in small amounts of water into his cup a little at a time. They can stay in Epsom salts forever, but do need daily 100% water changes.

Ok thank you very much! I hope it works and I'll do updates on if he's improved or not. Cleaning his tank right now.

Well just did a full water change! Added some epsom salt in like you said, and also added some Quick Cure, doing much better! Not unclamped because I know that will take time. He's been swimming around lots! YAY! Not just sitting around!
