Betta's Hiding Too Much

Is this tank cycled or not?

Ok, back again. Yes Wendy, tanks been cycled Sorry about the delay,thought Aragorn was gonna win the battle. I vacuumed the tank Sunday afternoon, and he was out swimming by evening. Although he looked fine, he wasn't being his friendly self at all. It's been off and on like that until today. I found him at the tank bottom, but his fins were still moving, so I held hope. I checked the PH, and got a 7.2 reading, but recalled reading that a 6.5 was far more suitable for Bettas. I've almost got it down that far, but I hope it's not too late. I should say however, that he was out a bit ago, even if it was only for a short while. He's very much been in our prayers (silly as that might seem), and I was curious as to how long a recovery might take should he pull through? I'm just being hopeful, although I know very well that the outcome could be horrible. Thanks again, you all are my only source of good info (forget Petco)

Without knowing the water parameters it's really hard to say what's doing on. All I can suggest at this point is water changes in case it's a water quality issue.
