Recently I think Arizona tried to pass a law in which you can get ARRESTED if you are caught TROLLING online!!!
I nearly wet myself I was laughing so hard....this was on Yahoo! news and most of the comments consisted of trolling xD
One comment said, "Ouch....the only reason I even read these articles is to see the trolls comment"
That was hilarious though.
Another comment read, "What are they gonna do if they actually catch you?? 'Take your hands off the keyboard and come out with your hands up!' "

Ahahahaha.....oh, how stupid our world can be....
But I guess when you're in the government and you're not an "outsider" you start to become blind to the real inconvenience the government can be.

i can see the point they'd want to arrest the person from a health perspective ie west nile virus but its still a ridiculous thing to focus on given the other pressing matters in this world.

I went a bit lower to read some of the comments to the story and it seems like water is a big issue in western areas of the US that don't get much water. So, what we see as something pointless to care about seems to be a big deal in areas that are boarder line dessert.

However, they did give him a permit in 2003 to make the ponds, so I don't think they should be able to take the permits away and then jail him 9 years later just because most of the US is suffering from drought and the state could use his pond water. : /

Oh look it's the government overstepping it's bounds again, my god does no one fight for anything anymore. I'd of given them the water but then built a water trap in the basement for the run off from my gutters, and evaporate it if for no other reason then to keep their ilk from having it.

Or you can declair your property a wildlife sanctuary and then you and your property are untouchable, and tax deductable for any and all "improvements" you build. Then they get both ways! X3
