Exclamation Betta has ick??

Housing
What size is your tank? 10 gal
What temperature is your tank? Usually 78, but someone unplugged the heater so it was pretty cold for a few hours
Does your tank have a filter? Yes
Does your tank have an air stone or other type of aeration? No
Is your tank heated? Yes
What tank mates does your betta fish live with? 7 glolight tetras

Food
What type of food do you feed your betta fish? BettaFood by Aqueon
How often do you feed your betta fish? 2-3 pellets daily

Maintenance
How often do you perform a water change? Weekly
What percentage of the water do you change when you perform a water change? 25-50 percent
What type of additives do you add to the water when you perform a water change? Conditioner

Water Parameters:
Have you tested your water? If so, what are the following parameters?

Ammonia: 0
Nitrite: 0
Nitrate:0
pH:
Hardness:
Alkalinity:

Symptoms and Treatment
How has your betta fish's appearance changed? Yes, small bumps on head that are the same color as his body, and a little white ball kind of thing clinging to the side of his head
How has your betta fish's behavior changed? Slightly less active, but not very noticeable
When did you start noticing the symptoms? Yesterday
Have you started treating your fish? If so, how? No
Does your fish have any history of being ill? Recently recovered from fin rot
How old is your fish (approximately)? I bought him about 3 weeks ago

Do you see any of those white bumps that look sorta like sugar or salt crystals on the tetras? Usually easy to see on the fins, any fish in the tank acting like they are scratching ( flashing )? Heat & aquarium salt is probably one of the oldest and still the best treatment for that parasite.
