Shrimp possibly harboring disease

I recently had a whole sorority knocked out by Columnaris, and I had ghost shrimp in the tank. As the disease does not affect shrimp, they lived.

But now I am wondering what to do with them, when can I put them back into a tank, if ever?

What should I do to be able to put them back into the tank?

Shrimp are in QT right now. But no, I did not take them out while the fish were still in the tank. The fish died so quickly I didn't even catch it.

Well, as harsh as this is going to sound, and I say this only because I have done battle with that fish plague, the choice is keep the shrimp isolated for their lifetime and hope you don't x contaminate or ...........take the shrimp out of the equation....
sorry, about all of your girls....
