Ok sorry for the caps but I just finished season 3 of game of thrones and all I can say is WHAT THE! Like I can't even begin to comprehend it! My brain is all a big mess of fuzz, what the jeff did I just watch! Like how could they do that to the wolves!
I can't even.
I have to admit I was a little proud of the hound, he was annoying me in kings landing but now he has redeemed himself

Haha I knew what this was about before I even clicked on the link.

However, I don't see why people were surprised by how this show is turning out. It's all in the books.

I have learned after reading the second to last book published and doing some googling that you do not get attached to any of the characters. Even your favourites aren't immune to death/maiming/tragedy.

I still need to read the books but am waiting till my friend finishes them and waiting until year 12 actually gives me time to myself.

So have I, even though Daenerys is my favorite I'm attempting not to become to attached to her like I did with Khal Drogo, I doubt I'll learn

I do have to admit I like an author who is realistic with actions and consequences for characters. I think the reason there are so many characters in this series is because George R.R. Martin kills them off at quite a tremendous pace.

Yes I have to agree with you there, in most books they somehow manage to dodge the consequences of their actions, but with George's characters they can't dodge the consequences thus making it more realistic and enjoyable to watch.
