White specks in water?

Hey guys, I have a question for you. I just did a complete water change and know I am waiting for the water to heat back up before I put my girl back in. As I always do, I rinsed everything but the plants in very hot water, rinsing them a lot and running my hands over and through to make sure whatever bad stuff might be there gest rinsed out.

While adding the new, fresh water there appears to be little white flecks floating around.

Is this some thing I should be concerned about or is it just settlement from the aged water?

Should I just take everything out again and rinse it and then start again?

Right now my girl is in her covered cup.

After every water change, debris is usually free-floating until it settles to the bottom.. I'm not sure what the white specks could be, though...

What do the specks look like? Have they settled? They are probably just debris.. possibly dust from the gravel..
