Hello,
I am 15 years old and have been keeping aquariums since i was very little. I got my first betta this year and he was a old Crow tail betta.

He was very timid and docial. As a simese fighter i don't now but i think he was quite rare in persanlity as he would never flare or even chase the female that went in his tank.
I did get two 'females' later on in the year from Pets at Home which in the UK is known for its badly kept and identified fish, unforchantly I fell victim to this. The two females being my first ever females and had never seen females in person i got a female and a male which was labeled as a female. This male did manage to attack both the fish and was then seperated and he lives happily in a selective community tank that my dad owns.
Chi passed away recently and I was upset so the day he died i got my new siamese fighter Envy.
Envy is so different to Chi, as a fish he gets rather male like which can be expected i think with siamese fighting fish with females and tend s to chase the female so the female lives seperately from him.
Anyway a quick question hes really shy around people and tends to hide away. He doesnt take the dry betta flakes, grainual food, froozen food or sinking food. What do i do?
Thanks for reading :)
