New betta...she needs a name

According to her little bowl she came in she is a veiltail. I hope the purple that is starting to show on her body keeps coming out. I think its really pretty. And once she gets an official name I'll be sure to post with a brand new picture

I can't really tell her color, but I have a girl who looks just like that; her name is Psyche :)
Maybe... Annabelle, Delilah, or, Calypso, Circes, I'm really bad at naming XD

I'm really leaning towards lyric but the significant likes gypsy. He says it goes well with our other bettas name which is osiris. For some reason he thinks that lyric and osiris sounds like a bad band name..idk

Don't feel bad. My husband names all of my male fish after comic book characters. I have had Hulk, Flash, Superman, Captain America, and now Wolverine. At least he named my white crowntail Storm though comic book still but a little better than Captain America. I draw the line at him naming my girls.

Lol I can understand that. Mine just doesn't like to name anything at all really. Expect our dog. I had named him mac as a puppy. short simple that was it, now if you ask him the dog is named after some character from a game, mactavish or something like that. All I can do is shake my head at him
