Looks like a great tank for a single betta to me! It looks like, reading the reviews, that the included filter is a little strong for a betta, though a filter in that tank size isn't really needed anyway so thats not a big deal.
I have this tank for Lebron. :) I'm happy with it but my white LED light broke. As Dragon said, the filter was too strong. You could always baffle, but I didn't use it. I got a sponge filter instead.
