New here, from bay area, Nor Cal

We have 2 bettas, Betta Fett & Finny Flower. Sadly we recently lost Darth Betta after he got stuck behind his heater and just yesterday Pirate Betta after a battle with fin rot and ick.

This is Betta Fett

Since it's things Betta today, I went and got a new short finned Betta. I also got a proper test kits (3 of them) with the drops and tubes. Wow, what a difference compared to the strips. Luckily everything is perfect except the ph. I'm going to use spring water which was very close to neutral and see how that works.

Now I need a name for the new one. He's a little chubby chub. Hey, maybe I'll name him Chub?

I think that's a really cute name! Chubby bettas are adorable. My female has a little chubby face.
