2.5 gallon?

Just out of curiosity, would it be okay to just do one 100% water change a week for a 2.5 gallon tank with a single betta and no filter?

I tried that out and it did work for a while until my marble boy got fin rot after sometime, and from then on I just do twice a week. I wouldn't risk it; it's better to be safe rather than go through a whole bunch of trouble dealing with fin rot.

Well I don't know if that's the reason because mine got fin rot a while back and he is in a 5 gallon with a filter.

Oh yeah wait you are supposed to do 1 100% and 1 50% per week on a 2.5 gal with no filter. I don't know why I had a major brain fart there...
