That is true. Teachers can be unfair grade wise. Sometimes.

I mean American grades are terrible compaired to other countries and America spends more on education than them. There are more people that speak English in China than America? Crime rate in America is raising to. School to prison pipline. I saw a video where a JDF was sown and compaired to school the Jail had more color and less security.

I don't really know. It's different in different places. There are many people in china that speak English but I would not know.

Many Chinese learn english as a second language. But America is doing terrible. Communism does work that is why China is doing great.

I cannot learn a second language I might be wrong on 6 but still they learn it pretty young.
