My hubby and I were in the pet section at a super wal-mart in the city we are moving to next month this evening and I pointed out the Betta cubes and some other small Betta tank they were selling and this was his reaction: "What is that, a Betta prison? How can they even move in those things?" Of course this is also the guy who is insisting that I need to buy the same size tank for my new boy as I have for my girl so my boy doesn't get jealous of her bigger tank. She has a 5 gallon, while his is a 3 gallon (the pet store was out of 5's at the time and I needed to buy something before his arrival, so I got the 3 gallon)

My fiance and I were just looking at the pet section in our walmart the other day and saw those tiny little cubes too. It's so depressing....I have him into bettas now too so he was just as disgusted as I was.
