what kind of betta is this one?

The huge betta i have is like this, only black, blue, orchid. He has that long dorsal and anal, and that D tail, and hes huge. When he flares, his tail looks like a sail full of air...

um no i have a crowntail too, but this doesnt have the crown...you know? the spikes.

Maybe delta? As deltas age, their tails can tend to droop a bit. Also, you can get bettas that are kinda in between delta and veiltail (which is what the one in the link looks like) If you could get a picture of your boy, we could help you identify him better.

My Delta is 2.5 and that did not happen to him.

That's why I said "can". Not all deltas get droopy tail. Just like not all people get arthritis or grey hair as they get older: its all in your genes.
