Best Frozen Foods/Treats

What are the best frozen treats or foods for a betta? I've been meaning for a long time to get some and am going to soon . Should I stick with bloodworms. brine shrimp, or something else?

San Francisco Bay Brands are pretty good for frozen treats. Petsmart have them and a lot of people here likes that brand, unless there's another one :p

Hikari Bio-Pure frozen foods are awesome. I regularly feed my fish their frozen baby brine shrimp (they also sell frozen adult brine shrimp) and bloodworms. I also want to try their daphnia. My fish have all grown noticeably larger, healthier and more colorful since I have owned them all. I feed them .5mm sized New Life Spectrum most days, with one or two days out of the week replaced with bbs or bloodworms. For my wilds I feed the bbs every other day because some of them are too small or squeamish to eat the pellets. I don't usually bother waiting for the bbs cubes to thaw; the fish love to attack them. I feed individual bloodworms using a Q-tip.

Hikari is terrible the first ingredants are fish meal and flour. In NLS the 4 ingredant is flour and the 3 are high quality.

I'm talking about their frozen foods, not their pellets.
