Tilting Betta/SBD? Help please?

I posted on here before about my new girl, but now that I think I may have a lead on what the problem is, I'm posting this new thread in hopes of clear answers.

Ok, so my new girl I got last Friday, Rosemary, suddenly got sick within the days I had her. She was perfectly fine the first day, then acting odd by the 2nd, then the next day clamped fins, and barely moving, and now at this life of being unbalanced, laying at the top or bottom most of the times, no eating, etc.

I've never had a sick betta before, so I'm...very new at attempting to heal her with whatever she has going on in her.

Issues:
Rosemary is swimming at times but mainly lays on the ground or floats at the top. Clamped fins as well. Today I noticed that she was tilting a lot- either head first or butt up. When she swims, she looks a bit odd but hyper, but will suddenly stop moving, then go about her business floating at the bottom. Breathing looks odd but I may be misjudging that.

Tank:
I moved Rosemary out of the split 10 gallon into a 3 gallon heated tank.
Water: tested perfectly fine, is treated with the conditioner I've always used, nothing else added.

I honestly think I'm running out of time on her. Just when I thought she may just get better, I see her today just...ugh.

...googling so far has brought me nowhere other to lead me that I'm going to most likely loose her. I'll just keep looking for answers until someone answers here.
Right now she's at the bottom, with her tail sticking up, and looking miserable, and I feel like a piece of crap that I know nothing on how to make her feel better at least.
Ugh, I swear she's starting to tip on one of her sides now.

Ok, so I'm going to do a water change for her, and cover her tank so she can rest while I do.
I've been usually covering her tank up since her problems started, btw.
*sigh* well...this sucks. I don't even understand how she even GOT this. I didn't overfeed her...unless this is something that started perhaps before I got her? Hmmm, I don't know. I'm tired, sad, and fed up for the day. Time to sleep.

Did you try epsom salt at all?

Have you checked for external and internal parasites yet?

Photos would be helpful. The only bettas I've seen swim like that have had SBD or dropsy.. but can't know without photos.

It wasn't dropsy. I know 100% for a fact it wasn't.
The only symptoms she had was what I wrote down.
I said I didn't add anything to the water besides regular conditioner. I was asking on here what my next step should be before I tried the salt trick- I didn't want to make it worse obviously.

She died within the time I was sleeping today.
