New from Texas

I love my Bettas. I have wanted to own fish my whole life and my mother wouldn't let me because we had cats. I own 2 Chihuahuas (one male neutered and one female not spayed), 2 26 week old cats, and my 2 Veiltail females. They are beautiful. I want to own a male and possibly breed the females or at least one female with him but that won't be for a few years or more which by then I will have to get younger fish which I don't know how you can tell how old they are.

twolovers101, yes my girls are happy with each other. even though everyone keeps telling me that two females should not be in the same tank but after I lost my first Betta and I put these two in a 1.5 gallon tank they seem to not have a care in the world.

Hello whatsupyall. I just moved to Texas in April so I am not a native Texan. I am more a Native American/Irish Buckeye than I am a "Deep in the heart of" Texas native.
