My first male Betta (on purpose this time :D)

So today I gave in. I bought my first male betta. I've named him Skyrim, cause he looks all icey/snowy, and is a dragonscale :)

And a video, though he is more true to his colors in the picture.

Also, two videos of Samurai Jack, my brother's male betta who resides in my 55gal community tank. He has "scars" on his face, his ventral fins look like katanas, and he's got "blood" spots on his anal fin and tail.

And with more light, to appreciate his lovely blue flash.

Thank you! I think so too. My brother got a lovely metallic male from a new pet store near his work. I went to check it out and look at the females. Skyrim was there, and I couldn't believe my brother hadn't bought him! I didn't have the space/tank set up for another fish, so I decided to leave him. The next week I went back for dog food, and he was still there. I couldn't resist him a second time, so I bought him. Luckily, I had bought a 2.5 gal as a quarantine/hospital tank earlier in the week already set up. :) He is now residing in a swanky new bachelor pad, and I am in need of another quarantine tank. -_-
