Big Bellys.

What does it mean when my betas belly makes him look pregnant? My betas have always had a nice belly, but Poseidon looks PREGNANT! Should I fast him? I only have has him 4 about 3 days. I've only fed him 3 pellets a day!

He could be constipated or is finding something else to eat in addition to what you're feeding him. Most likely constipation though unless he has tank mates like shrimp or snails that he's munching on or their food.

That would be the cause then. Try fasting him for a day or two and see if that helps.

I'm doing that. Would it be harmful 2 add shrimp and a snail into a infiltered tank?

I'm not sure. I don't much about shrimp and snails (except that pond snails make a huge mess and reproduce faster than you can blink).

Snails can survive almost any water. Shrimp are very sensitive to water quality.
