Help! I think my betta has swim bladder disease

So I'm kind of panicking right now.

So, I woke up this morning to feed my boys and I noticed Mizuchi seemed to be having difficulty swimming down. I looked closer and his body is really, really, really swollen. I thought he looked a little bloated yesterday, so I decided to fast him.

What do I do?

I cannot lose him.

Start by QTing him, and use 1tsp of epsom salt per gallon for 7-10 days, doing 100% changes every day for that time.

How often do you perform a water change? Twice a week, one 50% and one 100%, but I've been bad about it this week because of finals.
What percentage of the water do you change when you perform a water change? 50% and 100%
What type of additives do you add to the water when you perform a water change? Stress coat, water conditioner

Symptoms and Treatment
How has your betta fish's appearance changed? Body is swollen, but not like in the pictures.
How has your betta fish's behavior changed? Can't swim to the bottom, can only stay at the top.
When did you start noticing the symptoms? Twenty-ish minutes ago.
Have you started treating your fish? If so, how? Nope
Does your fish have any history of being ill? He gets finrot easily, but that's it.
How old is your fish (approximately)? Six, seven months.

Thank you! I lowered the water level a bit, to make the cleanings easier on me, and added the salt. Hoping things get a little better with him.. I have to ship him and the other kid back home later this week.

Kind of a funny story, I went to the pharmacy and asked for epsom salt without knowing what it's used for, with people.. Grabbed a large bag of M&M's with it. Laughed the entire walk home.
