Oh wow! You must have a much nicer fish section then my Walmart. They only have veiltails by me but I noticed recently that they don't even have those anymore. Maybe they finally learned their lesson?

I feel kind of bad for the veiltails; it seems like many stores don't take care of them as well as the more expensive fish. In a perfect world, even the 15 cent feeder fish would be loved.

great, just when I found 2 more tanks..... and trying to tell myself no... how many of those females could i get away with putting in a 5 gallon if it's planted really well???... i was gonna use it for a male but if i can rescue a bunch then i could put him in the 2.5 gallon i just found as well...

oh man to bad my roommates dumped their unwanted goldfish in with my minnows I would totally get a friend for my betta.

ALSO, if you see any dead bettas, PLEASE take them into the back by the other fish tank so that they won't be seen by other potential homes! That's what I did and the lady whom just started her shift thanked me. (She had no idea what to do with bettas....)

i was there yesterday to get some fish food & i could't resist i found a blue & red male he kept comming to the edge of his cup putting his face at mine then he would flare.had to put him down & walk away .i wasn't there to get fish. kept checking on him & he would do the same thing. i got him. then i saw her this tiny little lady she was talking to me bad she is kinda yellowish with maybe some orange in her got her also .then i had to get a divider so i could them in the 10 gallon. did't realize how small she was till i got her home& had her next to my other one.
