How do I feed my tetras???

I bought some hikari micro pellets for my neon tetras. The only probelm is they can never work out when there is food! Then my betta comes along and starts gulping them down when they float on the top! Grrrr!!! I pushed them down so they sink to the bottom they catch a few but then my corydoras come along and eat them, once they hit the bottom!!! Grrrrrrr!!!
Although I suppose they are a little distracted establishing there pecking order and all, but still.
Any reccomendations on how to let them eat their food. The cories are just doing there job, but my betta just comes and eats them!

Get some sinking pellets.
The pellets will float for some time and your betta will eat them,then they will start to sink in a matter of minutes.Your tetras will eat them when the're sinking and will normally last only a few for your corys to eat.
