disinfection with 10% clorax

Hey everyone i saw the post where people recommending to disinfect the tank with 10% clorax. I can't find that link. May be some one has it? Or can someone give instructions on the tank disinfection with clorax. I did it before for the tank itself but i think some people disinfected the decorations with 10% clorax?
