Question Self Cleaning Tank?

Have any of you seen this or have one? Talk about Lazy America...lol

But I do want to know if they work well. Was thinking about one for my dorm room.

Looks like a cool idea but I'd be worried by the lack of space the Betta seems to have in there since its so tall and narrow. Plus it would need a heater unless you live in a hot area which would take up a lot of space in an already small enclosure.

Definitely an awesome concept though!

Kinda my thoughts too. I wonder if it would be possible to do this to a bigger tank.

If you can figure out how it's made, then you can make one of any size you want. Sounds like a fun project to me.

There is already a thread about this somewhere.
Somebody e-mailed the company stating it was too small and they said that they were in the process of making a bigger size.
I think the idea is really cool! Looks like it would get everything pretty clean. The size is just too small sadly.

This would be cool if it were a five gallon tank, haha. If I siphoned the water in, it would cause little water movement as well. The betta there doesn't look like he appreciates the water flow.

Edit: Also if there was more water surface. I don't like the shape of it... then again, maybe it wouldn't work if it were not that shape. I guess we'll have to do the work ourselves, haha.
