if you can see, there are air bubbles that look like marbles because they are covered in sand, they don't really rise to the top due to the sand weighing them down, also, this sand is just simple petco sand, not 'live' sand, so its not any type of bacteria.. also the tank is not cycled.
the tank was just set up about 7 hours ago, when I try to stir the sand up some bubbles rise, and upon going to the surface deposit the sand that they were covered with at the top and float. I don't want to put my betta in this tank because he might eat it?
WILL IT GO AWAY?
