Will this stocking plan work?

I am going to stock my 20 and 10 gallon tanks as soon as they cycle and I want to make sure that my plan is good. I don't want there to be any chance of overstocking or stressing out any of the fish, so please tell me if I should change my plans.

20 gallon long (aqua clear 30 filter):
1 male betta
6 albino corydoras
6-8 harlequin rasaboras

10 gallon (Top Fin power filter 10):
1 female betta
1-2 ADFs

The 10 gallon sounds just fine, as long as you give both the female and the froggies hidey spots (plants are awesome for this)

As for the 20 long, I believe it sounds okay (I could be wrong... been so long since I have had a community tank under 40 gallons)

The 20 is about at it's limit - it's a good mix of fish, as you have bottom dwellers, mid level group and a surface dweller. As long as you stick with your weekly water changes you shouldn't have any issue with that stock amount, and no issues with the species. All friendly tropical fish.

Is there an order that I should put the fish in? Like should the cories go first and the bettas last or something?
Also, how much should I change my water every week in the 20 gallon since it'll be pretty full?

I usually float the fish together (though the cories can go in first). That way, the betta has not already made his territory. There will be some chasing and nipping at first but hopefully he will understand they are not there to harass him Make sure to have a lot of cover for the cories :)

I change all my cycled tanks (10-50 gallons) 25% a week siphoning the gravel. I wouldn't do over 50% personally.
