I dunno why but, I'm happy!

Cabanela actually flared today! I thought he didn't know what flaring was at first (a few weeks ago), but at night, (lights out) I saw him flaring at his neighbor, Shiseru, instead of swimming away when Shiseru flares.

I dunno why I'm so happy, though. xD

yeah, Merlin didn't used to flare either until I isolated him. (he was on one side of a divided 10 gal.) funny, fish behavior.

lol.. it's like seeing your dog do a trick you've been working hard on getting it to do. Or like seeing your kid do something for the first time. Be happy!
Cabanela is just a bit braver when he can't fully see the other guy lol :P

I can't get my boy to flare much either. Only time he does it is when he is being mean to the Corys about food at the bottom of the tank.
