So, its been over a month with this little guy, and it's been really nice. Unfortunately I came from lunch to find him on the bottom of the tank, unmoving.

He was first found in my LPS and had been sitting on the shelf for 3 weeks before I brought him home.
He didn't look like he was going to make it through the night, but he did.

He had a spine deformity as well as a gill deformity, but this little guy still wouldn't give up.
Unfortunately, today was the day but now he's somewhere better.

Oh no! I'm so sorry :( I liked seeing the pictures of the little guy and how much healthier he was in your care from how he started at the pet store! Swim in peace Banana

I'm sorry to hear that he's gone. But I'm sure he was happy during this month. You gave him a good home, and kept him warm, comfortable and well fed. (And from what I've seen of bettas, that last thing is very important!).... SIP Banana.

Oh no! I really liked Banana :( I just lost my favorite Betta, Spectra today so I'm already sad, but even more so knowing you lost Banana too. :(
