Sassy meets the mirror

Well, I put up a mirror for the first time for Mr. Sassypants (or Ms. Sassypants, who knows) just now after dinner. He's still a baby (12 weeks approx), and has been in his own tank for 1.5 weeks, and I wanted to see what he would do.

O.M.G. That was hilarious. His little baby self got all puffed up and he flared those gill covers and showed his beard and everything. So cute!! So cute seeing a little one act all tough. When I took the mirror away, he looked at me to say "bring back my nemesis! WTF was that???"

I just love this little fish. Love.

When I finally get a camera to work properly, I'll take pictures of this adorable sideshow!

"Bring back my nemesis" lol. I don't think I've ever heard it described quite that way, but its true. You're making me think its time to go find a mirror and found out whether my new girl is aggressive.
