Hello, so I just got home for winter break from college, and of course I have my cute little female betta fish Xena with me. I clean Xena's one gallon tank every week, no soap, only tank safe cleaner, which I don't use every time. I give her rocks and plant a good rinsing, then I usually let the water sit for a few hours with water conditioner (no salt of any kind) before I put her back in. This has always been my routine, but I just noticed she has like weird white stuff at the tip of her fins. I'm not sure if it's fungus because its not splotched on her, it's literally just on the tips of her dorsal fin "spikes" if you will (Since she's a crowntail, I'll show a pic).
So here I am asking you guys, I could NOT get a good unblurry pic, plus its not that noticeable unless you know what she usually looks like and are looking kind of close. But anyway, here is a pic of her from a while back, what she usually looks like, and then here's another of her, and I circles where the white fluff is.
