USPS doesn't deliver to my address?! D:

And I didn't realize it before I ordered all this stuff for a betta from Thailand!

Matter of fact, how am I going to get that betta over here to my address if they don't deliver to me?

Are you going through a transhipper? Normally when you purchase fish overseas, it is first shipped to a transhipper here in the US and then that person ships to you.
USPS will deliver to you, it's the US post office.

Contact the post office, I'm sure you're able to receive mail even if you haven't been registered for some reason. Worst case scenario, you can make sure they know to expect the packages and hold them for you to pick up.

I would contact the breeder and ask what transhipper he goes to normally and get with them. Or, here is one you can use - if you are using a transhipper and they are saying they can't deliver to you, then definitely call the post office. But you are at an address, and mail is delivered to it regardless of who lives there. May have to look into whether it's legal to ship live animals in your area?

(the link is to give you an ideal about how transhippers work and their basic costs)

The only reason USPS would not ship to your location is if you haven't registered your address with them or you live in an area that they do not deliver to directly - i.e., they have a drop box that is nearby that they deliver to and you go and collect from there.

Definitely do as the others have already stated - contact the transhipper directly and tell him/her your predicament. If they havent shipped the fish yet to you, then you have time to change the shipping method.
