brine shrimp shelled eggs

This is a trick that some breeders do when the brine shrimp is like bad quality

I'm sorry, but can you explain what the trick is and what's in the picture? I don't really understand.

I use to do that and yes its safe. Sorry for my english but I am learning. 1 put water in a bottle, mix clorox with the water, add the brine shrimp egg, turn of the air pump, after 5 minut remove the air pump and try to remove the water and the garbage from the eggs, add new water, do it like 6 time(I mean the water) to remove all the clorox. now you can hatch all the eggs and or course they will. This is a trick and is very nice trick :)
