What are your bettas names?
What do you think are awesome names for a betta? I've had two bettas for 9 months and they STILL don't have a name.. I didn't want to go with sonic and boom or fish and stix..  whichwere the first things that came to my mind. I was thinking more of a cool Siamese warrior name.. but idk..  I named my celestial goldfish goggles which is the first fish i've named in 10 years. so what were your bettas names or what names do you think would be good for bettas?

My boy is named Gills O'Reilly (at the request of my fiance. He wanted my Siamese fighting fish to have the luck of the Irish as he put it). My female is named Honey to match her golden/orange coloring.

Because I'm a nerd....I name my fish after characters. xD
I haaaaave.....
Legolas, Nine, Dice, Merlin, Arthur, Sebastian, Undertaker, Nightwing, Ianto, Lucifer or 'Lucifish', The Doctor, Sherlock, Steve Rogers, Tom Lucifer Rory Watson Pendragon von Jefferson(....my friend named him xD), Bruce Banner, and Mephisto.
They're a mix of names from a bunch of different TV shows, comics, webcomics, and animes.
I think naming a betta, or any fish, is like naming any pet really....you pick what fits both their personality and yours. If you like quirky unusual names, pick a quirky unusual name. If you like regular human-like names, or if you're into names in different languages, then pick something like that. Its all about what you're into and what you feel fits your fish. ;)
