Exclamation ADF feeding help

So I got my ADF on Saturday, and i fed him some bloodworms with tweezers on Sunday. And today and yesterday he won't eat his bloodworms! They are frozen and i thaw them in warm water, everytime i try to feed him he swims away, so he looks hungry so tomorrow we will try again. The problem is that he is constantly in a barrel decoration and it is really hard to get to him to feed him, any feeding ideas?

Get a small prescription bottle and fill part way with his aquarium water. Thaw the bloodworms out in that instead of tap water.

I would also post the question in the "Other Fish" section and see if someone with more expertise has suggestions.
