How Do You Make a Signature?

Hi! I'm relatively new to this forum, and I see that lots of people have neat signatures. I've been poking around the control panel for awhile, and I just can't figure out how to do it!

Any tips?

Click on "Quick Links" And under "User Control Panel" it says "signature" hope this helps! :D
