Can bettas get fin rot from stress? I did a 100% water change about a week ago, and I noticed after a couple of days that my betta's fins were getting noticeably shorter and tattered. I've been watching him and it doesn't look like he's been trying to nip at them. His behavior hasn't really changed too much, but if anything he's a bit more lethargic than usual.
