Best treatment for swim bladder?

My baby double tail has SBD. I know it's because I overfeed, but it's really hard to feed just enough microworms for one fish! Once this clears up I'll be more strict on my feeding for sure, atleast make sure to clean it up after a couple minutes instead of leaving them in there for a while.
What's the best way to treat? Just fast for a few days? Or is there something better/faster to try? And if fasting is the best option, how long should I do it? I've estimated this baby to be about 8 weeks, maybe younger, and I know they are supposed to be fed a lot more than adults, so I assume they starve faster too?

But them in a 1 gallon tank or close to it, make sure it is clean. Dissolve 2 teaspoons of epsom salt (can be found pretty much anywhere in the pharmacy section) per gallon and put the fish in the tank. Change the water every day and repeat. I'm almost positive that this works, I'm a bit rusty on fish care though. Good luck:)

Well, I've got tons of epsoms on hand so I'll try that later tonight or tomorrow unless someone else replies and say's its not good for babies!
