2 gallon tank question

I have a 2 gallon tank and when I pour water in it, it looks like its reflective glass. Wouldn't that be harmful for the betta to be in?

No, it'll be just fine. All glass, and even acrylic, has some reflection to it, and fish get used to it after a few days.

I don't think it'll be an issue. If it is, you could put a sheet of pain paper across the back (and sides, if needed,) for a few days, until the fish gets used to its new home.
