A new boy for X-Mas ! Doku - means poison
with poisonous colors..

I guess pretty reasonable since
he has two white pelvic fin tips but you could barely see them,
come to think of it.. pretty nice! haha xD

Looks more like damage from sharp object.

you think so? he was in a small(less than a gallon) tank with plenty of decorations.

how can i treat this? Aqua salt?

Was there any Plasic? IAL/Aquarium salt helps fin recovery and prevent Infection.
