Unhappy My baby is pale

Tonight I came home and I found him lying motionless at the bottom of the tank. He's pale, even his eyes are washed out (no pun intended) and he keeps bumping into stuff :/
He had fin tears prior to this so I added a little bit of aquarium salt but I'm not sure if he's okay and I'm overreacting or if something is actually going on...?

Is he nose down on the bottom? Is he even moving at all? It sounds like he might have passed on to Betta heaven. I have lost 2 bettas so I know the signs well.

No he's swimming fine. His eyes are pale like his scales and fins which are usually metallic (scales) and red (fins) his eyes are just unfocused which is unusual for him and he keeps bumping into things

He could be going blind. Pictures would be more helpful to see what exactly all is going on. Like a before picture then a now picture.

More info and photos would be helpful. Sounds like he has an infection: http://www.bettafish.com/showthread.php?t=49233

I remember you.. he's still really struggling with that filter. Here's my suggestions from last time: http://www.bettafish.com/showthread.php?t=122960&page=2 What have you done? I need more info from that link please.

I can't see his eye from the video. Maybe a close up photo would be helpful.. Is it cloudy like this?http://www.wetwebmedia.com/AngelsPIX.../asfur0eye.jpg

He's in a 1G tank, I've only added a heater, but I've stopped using it since I noticed it getting the temp too warm so I just keep the light on for now until the next 100%water change where I will have to go exchange for one that's stable. Aside from that I've only moved his toys around, and i added a pinch of aquarium salt after noticing the rips in his fins. http://www.bettafish.com/showthread....19#post1363619
