I've seen 1/2 gallon for $14 and 10 gallon for $19.

I have a tank like that for 15$ from walmart. Yes no heater but it is a upgrade from his 1/2 gallon and water changes every 4 days :) I am keeping an eye out for small heaters. My tank is way bigger though and way too much money for that
