So according to what I've been told, the fish is a VT "Lavender" betta and he's "Larger" than most other bettas. I told him I ONLY want the fish and he wants $30. I'm trying to talk him down because I'm pretty sure this fish isn't getting proper care.

I told him without a proper photo; most I'll pay is $20. Because it seems like he's trying to rip me off. He looks red in that CL photo.

Id be careful because if you are not close, it may need shipped and those people will probably kill it trying to ship it so there is your $20 down the drain. Good luck though :)

He's an hour away from me, but his mother lives in my area supposedly, so he said he'd be willing to deliver.

I found a Lavender HM for $25 on AB and sent him the info. I told him I'll pay $15 especially since I have no good photo of the fish. I also explained I only want to give the fish a good home. Blah, this might not work out.

Instead of giving him to a good home for $10, this person is just looking for money.

I haven't heard back from him since yesterday when he stated he wanted $30 for him. Like I said, I don't think it'll work out.
