I wouldnt add neons to any of those sections. They need 10 gallons minimum to swim around, divided like that they'd only have 3.3 which is wayyy too small.

other than that the tank looks really good!!

EDIT:: also a king betta needs atleast 5 gallons minimum because they are so much bigger than regular sized. If you dont have him already I'd get a regular sized boy (or girl) in his place. If you already have him I highly recommend getting another tank, or moving the dividers so that its split in half, with one half being split again for the 2 regular sized.

Thanks! Oh and i should have mentioned this before but this is a fifteen gallon tank.. Not a ten, so they each have five gallons to themselves.

Ooh! If it's 15 then disregard the king part.

But 5 gallons is still really too small for neons.

I agree with Aemaki09 that neon tetras are not suitable for your tank, even being 15 gallons instead of 10. However, it looks like a great home for your three bettas and a nice size for each section too.
