A high protein diet helps with fin regrowth. Treating him to some frozen blood worms or brine shrimp might help!

My CT tends to blow holes in his fins from flaring and they heal in a day or two. He just has clean water and good food! I also add extra stress coat with each water change...I don't measure it out, just pour some in, so that could be why his fins heal so quickly...
