Replanting a 10 gal

I have a 10 gallon tank with a single male betta and nerite snail. My lights are on 12 hours a day with two 6500k plant bulbs. I have several plants in the tank...A sword, crypt, anubias, 3 umbrella plants and an amazon chain sword.

My sword is green but growing slow, my 3 umbrella plants have begun to rot (I know they arent meant to be submerged), & my crypt has begun to melt. My anubias is fine and my amazon chain sword seems okay, spreading runners.

I also have some hornwort in a bucket id like to add.

I need some ideas for plants, mostly plants I can pick up at petco in the tubes (too cold to ship right now).
I would also like to know your ideas for aquascaping, where I should place the different plants in the tank et.

I'd get some stem plants but IDK if petco has them in tubes. The only one near me barely even has any fully aquatic plants.
If you can get some bacopa or money wort, rotala, anarchis, water sprite, wisteria...etc...they are all good, easy and fast growers, low light, etc.
