A little sandy

I've noticed my fish has gotten a little bit of his tank sand on him, will it eventually come off? Is there any danger to this...

nope! My betta has sand in his tank, but generally if it goes on him it comes off.

make sure this isnt velvet!(gold dust)

Okay thanks! It's the first time i've seen it happen, and don't worry it's not, my sand is white
