Betta theives!

i just found out yesterday at my local pet store that people are now stealing bettas,They are putting more exspensive bettas and lower priced containers and places the other bettas and tanks with other bettas! I founf two ct toether in one container i almost flipped they had ripped each other apart. I ran to the manager and showed him and proceeded to tell me whats been going on, bad enough these little souls have to spend sometimes their whole lives in small containers but now a new type of abuse is on the rise!I swear i wish i could save them all ,all i know is that mine are very well taken care of and I will pray for the rest!

actually paid for my lack of observance. When I bought Albus the other day I noticed how pretty he was and was drawn to him I also took note of the delta tail sticker on his cup, what I didn't notice however was that someone had switched the top of his cup with another betta so he had a halfmoon top. So I accidentally paid for a halfmoon instead of a delta tail which is basically twice as much.

Ugh this sucks :( That's what happens when you leave bettas in unattended areas and NEVER check on them. Don't worry, though, as soon as the stores realize they're losing $ because of it they'll make it so it's damn near impossible.
